We are based in Ukraine and process all data under the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection". For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the GDPR and its UK and Swiss equivalents also apply.

We use the collected information to respond to your inquiries and provide services. We engage reliable partners (Third-party processors) to ensure service operation:

• HubSpot — Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Postmark — Transactional email delivery.

• Vercel — Website hosting and cloud infrastructure.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Traffic and user behavior analysis.

• Microsoft Clarity — Session recordings and heatmaps that show where the site is hard to use.

• Calendly — Meeting and call scheduling.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process data in the United States. For these transfers we rely on Google's and Microsoft's data processing terms.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We store your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes defined in this policy:

• Contact form data: up to 3 years after the last contact.

• Client data: for the duration of the contract plus 5 years to fulfill legal and tax obligations.

• Analytical data: up to 26 months.

We implement SSL encryption, regular backups, and limited access to protect your information.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.
