These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Expletech.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site signifies your agreement to such changes.

Expletech provides software development, design, and consulting services. The scope and cost of services are defined in separate agreements or project specifications.

All content on the Site is the property of Expletech. Rights to the results of individual projects transfer to the Client after full payment of the service cost, unless otherwise provided by contract.

It is prohibited to use the Site for illegal activities, distribution of malicious code or spam, or attempts at unauthorized access to Expletech systems.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the relevant courts of Ukraine.
