1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us distinguish users and ensure stable site performance.

2. List of cookies we use

Below are the primary cookies used on our website:

NamePurposeDuration
_gaAnalytics (Google Analytics): tells visitors apart. The visitor and session IDs are also saved with a contact form request, so we know which visit it came from2 years
_ga_*Analytics (Google Analytics): keeps the session state2 years
_clckAnalytics (Microsoft Clarity): keeps a pseudonymous visitor ID1 year
_clskAnalytics (Microsoft Clarity): joins page views into one session recording1 day
lead_utmAnalytics: where your first visit came from (channel, landing page, referring site, UTM tags). Sent with a contact form, and its UTM tags are added to the Calendly booking link, so we know which channel brought the request. No name, email or phone30 days
blog_attribution (session storage)Analytics: the UTM tags of the post that brought you to a blog article. Sent with a contact form from the same tab. Kept only while analytics is allowed, deleted when you turn it offUntil the tab is closed
cookie_consentNecessary: saves your cookie settings1 year
consent_regionNecessary: whether your region gets the cookie banner. Worked out from the country of your IP address on each visit; the cookie holds only eea or other, not your IP address1 day
__Host-authjs.csrf-token, __Secure-authjs.callback-urlNecessary: security for the site's staff sign-in form. Set on every page by the sign-in library (Auth.js); contains no personal dataSession
__Secure-authjs.session-tokenNecessary: keeps site staff signed in. Not set for visitors30 days

3. When we ask for consent

Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, lead_utm) are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then we use necessary cookies only.

Visitors from other countries: analytics cookies are on by default, under our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site. You can turn them off at any time. Turning them off also deletes the analytics cookies already set.

We tell the two apart by the country of your IP address. If we can't tell, you get the banner.

We don't run advertising tags on this site.

4. How to opt out of cookies

You can change your settings or withdraw consent at any time:

1. Site settings: the 'Cookie settings' button in the website footer works for every visitor, wherever you are.

2. Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and others).

3. Google Analytics opt-out: you can install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

Please note that deleting necessary cookies may cause some site features to work incorrectly.
